Permission to Pause Posters provide simple visuals to support social-emotional learning in educational, therapeutic, and home environments. Each poster includes three simple moves and affirming language that easily integrates with existing social–emotional frameworks, including Zones of Regulation, Second Step, Conscious Discipline, Harmony, Catalyst, and other SEL programs. Youth can choose a poster based on how they are feeling: Use When You are Tired; Use When You Need to Focus; Use When You are Anxious or Stressed; Use to Release Big Emotions or High Energy and our new poster; Use to Transition.
