Relief is possible with simple mind-body stress-management/self-care practices to reduce stress, relieve exhaustion, and prevent ultimate burnout. movemindfully 30-minute sessions provide simple Breathe Move Rest practices for your own physical, emotional and mental well-being. Explore ways to take care of YOU that can be easily integrated into the learning day, staff meetings, and family time. Practice can be accessed from a chair or on a mat.
