Discover the power of mind-body strategies to address the impact of trauma on student learning while supporting adult stress management and self-care. Integrating the latest research in neuroscience, participants will experience practical mind-body interventions to assist students with self-regulation, focus, de-escalation, and community connection. Through experience, reflection, and discussion explore accessible Breathe Move Rest practices and social-emotional skill-building activities using simple visuals (Permission to Pause Posters) to co-regulate throughout the day.
