movemindfully Fundamentals: Mind-Body Strategies for Adults

Everyday stressors take a toll on all of us, making our overall health and well-being a priority. Experience simple Breathe Move Rest practices for your own physical, emotional, and mental health. During this session explore ways to take care of yourself using the Adult Permission to Pause Poster Set and Sleep Routine Cards to effectively activate the relaxation response. Walk away with simple strategies to use throughout the day for yourself, with your clients, and/or your family.

movemindfully Fundamentals: Mind-Body Strategies for Elders and Their Caregivers

Discover simple mind-body strategies that can help manage energy levels, improve brain function, and support the overall well-being of elders, their caregivers, and families. These practices are intended to manage stress/anxiety, improve mood, and enhance sleep while helping participants feel more present and connected. Mind-body practices can help elders feel more awake, reset as needed during the day, and get ready for a good night’s sleep. By sharing these strategies with elders and their caregivers using the Elder Card Deck, we support physical, emotional, and mental health.

Self-Care Classes

The stress of our work takes its toll, impacting overall health and well-being. Relief is possible with simple mind-body practices to reduce stress, relieve exhaustion, and prevent ultimate burnout. These 30-minute sessions provide simple Breathe Move Rest practices for your own physical, emotional, and mental health. Explore ways to take care of YOU that can be easily integrated into your day, during staff meetings, and at home. Practice in your chair or on a mat.
