Research shows yoga-based movement improves children’s social-emotional health, concentration, and self-esteem. Improvements also found in hyper-activity, impulsiveness, and ADHD rating scales.
We are very grateful for ongoing collaboration with movemindfully. Learning, implementing, and integrating co-regulation strategies, breathing, and mindful movement throughout the school day has been transformative in promoting increased social/emotional/behavioral wellness, mental health, and stress management among our school community.
