A two-day course designed to enhance your

Five-week collaborative program integrating Breathe Move Rest practices into before and after school environments. Our movemindfully Instructors coach/co-teach with educators to create fidelity and sustainability.

Build confidence implementing Breathe Move Rest practices for your unique settings and students. Choose small group or individual consultation for co-designing your site-specific approach. Short 15-minute classroom demos with students can also be included.

Learn simple sequences to use at home as needed to
manage big emotions/high energy, and improve sleep.

Our program strives to include mindfulness/movement to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all children in our program.
