We always begin with an exploratory session to learn about school-wide initiatives/goals, staff capacity, SEL programming, trauma-informed responsive training, and any other information about your school.

One- to two-hour session providing trauma-responsive mindfulness, movement, and social-emotional learning practices personalized to your site’s needs. Available for pre-K, elementary, middle, high school, special education and transition programs.

We created Demos and Residencies as a result of teacher and therapist feedback that
co-teaching/coaching in their specific environments was needed to create sustainable mind-body practices with fidelity. Our Demos and Residencies have been implemented in classrooms and therapeutic settings across the US, reaching thousands of youth and adults.

Family Events

Everyday stressors take a toll on all of us, especially our families, making their overall health and well-being a priority. Family Events introduce self-regulation strategies taught in classrooms and/or therapeutic settings.

QPR®: A Mind-Body Approach to Suicide Prevention

With the increase in suicide rates, especially among teens, awareness of the frequency and seriousness of suicidal ideation is a first step. We believe greater success in suicide prevention is possible when evidence-based tools for assessing suicide risk and referral for support are combined with movemindfully Breathe Move Rest practices.

We offer a suite of tools with mind-body practices for learning, focus, and mental health. Our movemindfully App, card decks, and poster sets are accessible and easy to use in classrooms/groups, 1:1 with students, to support children/youth in safe/reset spaces, and at home.
