Blow out the Candle – Breathe in slowly and then slowly breathe out like you are blowing out a candle. Do this several times to ease anxiety and stress in the moment.
Seated Eagle – Sitting (or standing) cross arms and legs and hug in as you take a few slow breaths. This simple move can help you feel more settled during times of stress.
Stop and Listen – Place hands on top of your head and take a few slow breaths. Listen to sounds you can hear around you as you take this time to pause and reset.
