Everyday stressors take a toll on all of us, especially our families, making their overall health and well-being a priority.
Our movemindfully Family Events introduce self-regulation strategies taught in classrooms and/or therapeutic settings. We explore fun and practical mindfulness strategies including our Breathe Move Rest Signature Practice. Families create a toolkit of simple techniques/routines to use intentionally throughout the day so they can enjoy spending time together and shift from chaos to connected. All Family Events include pre-planning and session facilitation.
