During this workshop participants will learn how to ask the difficult and uncomfortable questions to those at risk, while integrating movemindfully trauma-responsive Breathe Move Rest practices. With the increase of suicide, especially among teens, awareness of the frequency and seriousness of death by suicide is a first step. Build more support into your suicide prevention education by pairing evidence-based tools for assessing suicide risk (and referral) with mind-body practices.

dysregulation. Preliminary data from our units show clearly that
anxiety levels are
markedly reduced after participating in just one 45-minute
session. These simple skills
are designed to be easily incorporated into daily
life after discharge from a hospital
