I Am Safe: Mind-Body Strategies for Elders and Their Caregivers

Participants will learn simple, accessible mind-body strategies designed to manage stress and anxiety, improve mood, enhance sleep, and support overall well-being. Using the Elder Card Deck as a guide, this workshop provides practical, everyday techniques that strengthen physical, emotional, and mental health for both elders and those who support them.
